The contracts that have to exist before a nanobody can move

Corporate-law leader advising PHP Biotech on governance, capital planning, and cross-border contracting as the company raises capital and enters partnerships.

  1. 01

    CRO agreement

Who generates the data, who owns it, and what happens when a study is late.

  2. 02

    CDMO agreement

Expression in CHO, tech transfer, and the quality system a future IND will inherit.

  3. 03

    Investor set

Information rights, milestone language, and a board that can still function after a raise.

  4. 04

    Cross-border IP

A PCT family that has to be readable in more than one legal system.

Four documents that decide whether science can travel

A CRO agreement. A CDMO agreement. An investor set. A cross-border IP license. None of them appear in a PubMed abstract, and all of them can stall PHP53-nb as surely as a failed assay. Neto’s seat on the executive committee exists so those instruments are written like they will be read in more than one country.

Governance is a preclinical risk

Privately held biotechs fail quietly from sloppy boards, related-party blur, and capital that arrives without a matching information-rights regime. A 20-year corporate-law practice is not decorative on a company that is still preclinical and already international.

Twenty years of corporate law

Oswaldo Bighetti Neto brings two decades of corporate-law and strategic-business leadership to PHP Biotech’s Executive Committee, providing guidance on corporate governance, capital planning, and enterprise scaling.

He earned his law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and later completed an MBA in Economic and Corporate Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He is the founder of Bighetti Neto Advocacia and an active member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), having held registration in São Paulo, Santa Catarina, and Rio de Janeiro. He has served as Vice President of the Business Law Commission of the OAB/SP Santo Amaro subsection.

For a company assembling licensing agreements, CRO/CDMO contracts, investor documentation, and cross-border IP arrangements, this depth of commercial-law expertise is a meaningful risk-management asset.
